We are proud to announce that Goldenwest Management earned All Property Management’s Visitor’s Choice Award for the most popular property management company in Arizona and Nevada for 2013. Among the requirements for earning this reward were “best practices for managing rental properties” and “most often selected by the more than 2 million visitors who came to [All Property Management’s] web site last year”. We hope this is a testament to the service we provide our clients, and strive to satisfy Landlords and Tenants to this level every year. Thank you, all, for your support and feedback!
At Goldenwest Management, we firmly believe in education as a competitive differentiator for our property management offices in San Diego, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. Our staff members are extensively trained on knowing tenant-landlord law, knowing the business, and knowing how to serve our property owner and investor clients.
Whenever new educational opportunities arise, we like to pass it on to our friends and colleagues. Keeping with that spirit, we have a new educational opportunity to announce. The San Diego Daily Transcript recently posted an article on education for property managers in San Diego. The article discussed the San Diego County Apartment Association (SDCAA), and the new ability to become designated as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and a Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS). These courses cover topics like:
fair housing, marketing
human resource management
research, analysis and evaluation
Stay tuned, to the SDCAA website, as these courses will become available this month. Also, if you’re interested in other educational opportunities in San Diego property management, there will be free classes at the San Diego Convention Center on April 22 . Planned topics include tenant screening, maintenance customer service, economic forecast, green practices, leasing advice, and elevating your brand. Aside from the education, nearly 200 exhibitor booths will be on hand, so bring your business cards and prepare to network your business!
