Waiting on applications from other members of a household is the number one reason prospective Tenants miss out on renting a property.
Applications fees are $45 per application. Application Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of the whether or not a property is leased to the prospective applicant. Application processing involves but is not limited to a review of the applicant(s)s: Criminal History, Credit History, Rental History
