Giving Back To Veterans

In 2019, the Veteran suicide rate was 31.6 per 100,000, this was much higher than the rate among non-Veterans in the United States.

Thankfully, Operation Jump 22 is doing something to stop Veterans from taking their lives with an exciting and life-changing event that keeps the important issue of Veteran suicides in the national consciousness, while also raising money for this worthy cause at the same time.

The 2021 Operation Jump 22 was another huge success since it raised $60,000 and was covered by three media outlets.

There were 220 attendees came from across the United States to enjoy a tandem skydiving experience with a professional USPA certified instructor.

150 adventurous attendees were flown to 13,000 feet above Southern California, and with speeds reaching 120 mph, they jumped from the plane, and enjoyed the thrill of gently floating over Southern California.

It’s Time To Give Back To Veterans

Founded in 2017, by Roland Vandenberg, Adam Martinez, and D. Brandon Feco, the blueprint for Operation Jump 22 was launched; since then, each event has brought people from all walks of life together to put Veterans first.

GoldenWest Management, and company founder Jayson Yoss, are proud to be a part of Operation Jump 22 especially since Jayson is also a Marine combat veteran who has served two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

It’s Time To End Veteran Suicides

Like Operation Jump 22, we don’t want to see Veteran suicides increase in the United States and we’re doing our part to make sure that more is done locally, and nationally, to support every Veteran who has put their life on the line to serve their country.

It’s time to do more to end the epidemic of veteran suicides in the United States and Operation Jump 22 is a worthy cause because their hard work makes it possible for more Veterans to be reached before they decide to end their lives.
